I have been a Michael Parks fan for a very long time ~ never missed an episode of Then Came Bronson and actually ran into him with his son at my friends Deli in Santa Cruz Ca. one time. I was carrying a bird cage (for the son of a woman working there) and Michael said "what have you got there"? I was so flustered, I walked right past himm smiled at his son and mumbled "a bircage".

You`re not the only one. I lived for this guy back in 1970 and, while I haven`t been very attentive to his career over the years, I recently got a DVD of all the Bronson episodes and have been falling in love all over again at the tender age of 51. Still a terrific actor. Love `im!

I may be his only living fan, but he is the coolest actor. I first saw him in Wild Seed and Bus Riley`s Back in Town with Ann-Margret. Also, in the TV series, Then Came Bronson and I`ve loved him ever since. He was great in From Dusk Til Dawn 3. Wish I could see more of him. He sings as well and I have his older albums and CD Coolin` Soup. Perhaps one day, I will have the pleasure of meeting him in person. If I`m dying, sign me up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Oprah, Jay Leno and see if they will grant my wish to meet Mr. Parks before I go!

Michael Parks (born Harry Samuel Parks; April 24, 1940) is an American actor and singer. He has appeared in almost fifty films and has made frequent TV appearances, but is probably best known for his work in recent years with Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Kevin Smith as well as the 1969 television series Then Came Bronson.
