David Dombrowski (born July 27, 1956) is an American baseball executive who served as the President of Baseball Operations for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB) from 2015 to 2019. Dombrowski also previously served as the general manager of the Montreal Expos, and the general manager and president of the Florida Marlins and Detroit Tigers.
