Russell Dean Pees (born September 4, 1949) is a former American football defensive coach. He served as the defensive coordinator for the New England Patriots, Baltimore Ravens, and Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL), and was also the head coach at Kent State University from 1998 to 2003, compiling a record of 17–51.
