Music legend Ike Turner died of a cocaine overdose, the San Diego medical examiner’s office confirmed Wednesday. The R&B music pioneer and ex-husband of Tina Turner was 76 when he died Dec. 12 at his home in San Marcos, Calif. The coroner’s report lists the cause of Turner’s death as “cocaine toxicity.”
