whay I know about Joe T. is about as much as everyone else knows, I suspect, however, I have met him several times and I will tell you, he is a gentleman, and obviously has a heart for children. I myself volunteer for St. Judes hosp. for children benefits in washinton area, one being golf tournaments played by several sports figures and the money they pay to play in the tournament, goes to st. judes. Joe T. is there every year, heading it up and donating to the charity with money, jerseys for auction and time. This is what I know about him. I also know this is one small part of the charity Joe contributes.

Biography
Joseph Robert "Joe" Theismann (born September 9, 1949) is a former quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL). He achieved his most enduring fame in his 12 seasons playing for the Washington Redskins, where he was a two-time Pro Bowler and quarterback of the winning team in Super Bowl XVII. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2003.
