Rachel Bolan (born February 9, 1966) is the bass player and primary songwriter of New Jersey metal band, Skid Row. He was born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, where he founded the band in 1986 with guitarist Dave "The Snake" Sabo. Rachel has appeared as a vocalist on two of Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley's solo albums, back-up vocals on Mötley Crüe's Dr. Feelgood album and produced numerous bands including the Luchagors in 2007 featuring former WWE superstar Amy "Lita" Dumas and Atlantic Records stoner metal band Godspeed and also formed Prunella Scales with Solace guitarist Tommy Southard and L. Wood. Prunella Scales released "Dressing up the Idiot" on Mutiny Records in 1997. Also joining the band for touring duties were Jack Roberts on guitar and Ray Kubian on drums, both from the Jersey based band Mars Needs Women.
