Chloe Maxwell (born 6 July 1976) is an Australian television presenter for The Matty Johns Show and model most famous for as "The Jeans West Girl" in a Jeans West campaign. She was discovered by chance, pulled off the streets for A Current Affair story featuring a model recruiter who could pick a model just by looking at them.
