The episode was called "The Fugitive" I don`t know what year it was on since I`m 14, I wasn`t born back then, but I saw it when they had a marrathon of "The Twilight Zone" on scifi channel.

Nancy Kulp also appeared in a Twilight Zone episode. She played the aunt of a parentless young girl who was handicapped, and was befriended by an old man who played games with the kids. The old man in reality was a young, handsome prince from another planet who "escaped" his throne. Sorry, I can`t remember the episode name or year.
