Victor Emanuel Koenning Jr. (born February 26, 1960) is a former professional American football player, and current coach. He was most recently defensive coordinator at West Virginia University. He resigned from that position due to allegations of mistreatment. He was the interim head coach at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 2011 and was the head football coach at the University of Wyoming from 2000 to 2002, where he compiled a record of 5–29.
