Biography
Brian Cantor CBE (born 11 January 1948) is the Vice-Chancellor of the University of York since 2002. According to the Yorkshire Post his salary is £203,633. He is acknowledged as a world authority on materials manufacturing and is a Vice-President of the Royal Academy of Engineering. In April 2013, it was announced that Brian is to take up the role of VC at the University of Bradford in October 2013., replacing Professor Mark Cleary.
