Hokushin is a member of the Watari Ninja alongside Nagare and is a servant of Hoki.
He,Nagare,and other unnamed Ninja were sent to Hoki to pursue Chishima who easily avaded them.he sought to advance in the Watari Ninja by defeating Kakashi Hatake.he shadowed Kakashi,Neji Hyuga,and Tenten as they pretended to leave the village,only to find that he had been tricked when they used a body replacement technique upon some monkeys.during the final battle,Kakashi easily defeated him after surprising him with a body replacement technique,nothing the effortlessness in which Kakashi defeated him.
