I have just finished North and South yesterday and have become absolutely crazed over Richard Armitage. Such acting should have been recognized a long time ago; his role as Mr Thornton blew me away. I love him!

I too have only recently appreciated the gorgeous Mr Armitage - just finished watching North and South . I did notice him in Vicar of Dibley, MI-5 and Robin Hood - he is an intense talented actor, but the romantic role in North and South makes him so yummy!
