She was in NYC for a little while. A fan posted a picture of Davey and she was standing beside him, holding his arm. That doesn't really prove anything though. My guess is that it's nothing serious. He lives in Oakland and she lives in LA. If they were in a serious, committed relationship, don't you think she'd be living with him by now?

Just because he was alone in New York? Brittany has a job and might not have been able to make it, but that isn't to say they are still together.

Yeah, I talked to a girl who lives in New York, she said that when Davey was there, he was usually alone when not performing. If he had a girlfriend, she would have probably been with him, for at least part of it. Oh, if you got the engagement thing from formspring, that was an impersonator, not Davey.

I`ve met Davey at a show and have pictures with him and he is indeed around 5`10". I am 5`6" and he was about 4 to 5 inches taller than me. I can`t believe people are arguing over this, haha.

He is NOT 5`10. Everyone whose ever met him says he`s short. He`s probably about 5`7 or even shorter. He`s tiny. You can tell that just looking at pictures.

We all know Davey is 5`10"... but is Britt really 5`8" I mean it is possible, but I mean most of the pics she is wearing heals which are probably about 2-3 inches maybe even taller... so wouldn`t that technically make her shorter by a couple or a few inches in real life? becuase then of course when she`s wearing heels next to Davey let`s say if she is 5`6" maybe shorter depending on the heels, of course it`d make her taller next to him... just a thought, I know it`s stupid
