Biography
Francois Regis Navarre was born in France, on January 1, 1963. After school he became a journalist, working for major Parisian publications such as Paris Match and Le Monde. In 1992, after spending time in Iraq covering the first Gulf War, he moved to the Los Angeles area. He continued to work for Le Monde until 1997, when he incorporated X17, a name with no real significance.
