in society, this is considered illegal. miley cyrus is underaged and he is an adult. when we hear cases like these with normal people, a lot of people get disgusted --- so, why is everyone going goo goo ga ga over them, saying that their relationship is cute, is beyond me. if miley cyrus were some normal teen, her behavior would be considered stupid, but since she`s a celebrity, this all by passes. and this guy, justin, should have known better, his behavior can also be called, stupid.

um.. yeah it true we did break up... she just wanted a break.. she had 2 much on her plate.. it was really awesome 2 hv met someone like miley, beautiful, talented and oh amazing! I enjoyed every sec/min/hour/day.. (i culd go on 4eva!) its really great that we can still b friends and tlk 2 eachotherr! So plz dont blam her or me 4 anything.. she jus.. i mean we BOTH! had stuff on our plates and we culdnt handle it with us both hving really busy jobs and schedules. And also becoz of her age, she just needed time off and 2 just entertain her fans and stuff.. ty.. PEACE!!

I get the age doesn`t matter that is true...when your older but she`s legally and technically a minor..he is an adult this is considered a felony. Sadly lots of people think this is pretty normal and it`s pretty overlooked unless you are as Miley is a celebrity so their dating for all the world to see. Maybe what`s disturbing. The fact that not only is her dad ok with this union but he introduced them...set them up if you will weird IMO and there are far too many young men who date and prefer younger women and no I don`t mean like Donald Trump we`ve all gotten I guess used to that but but the 19 yr olds with 15 yr old etc no matter where you stand on the issue it is illegal.

4 yrs is not a big deal when u r older, let`s say if she was 20 and he was 24. Let`s say they were younger, him-18, Miley-14...a senior with a 8th grader? it happens, not that often... Go younger, him-12, Miley-8...a sixth grader with a second grader....BIG DIFFERENCE 4yrs makes. Legally she is a minor and he is an adult and it just doesn`t make sense. A college age guy going with a sophmore or junior in highschool?! My daddy would have locked me in my room and buried the key...then would have driven that 20 yr old out to a field in the middle of nowhere....
