Biography
Gary Gene Miller (born October 16, 1948), a member of the Republican Party, is the U.S. Representative for California's 31st congressional district. He was first elected in 2012. The district includes most of northern and eastern San Bernardino County. He previously represented the 42nd District from 1999 to 2013 (numbered as the 41st from 1999 to 2013).
