Biography
James Harvey Hylton (born August 26, 1934) is a part-time race car driver. He is a two-time winner in NASCAR and competes in the ARCA Racing Series. He plans to retire in 2013. He finished 14th in ARCA points in 2012. He has 2 wins in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Although he only had two wins, he was in the Championship hunt several times in the 1960s and 70's, finishing second in points in 1966, 1967, and 1971. In 1967, despite Richard Petty winning 10 races in a row and 27 races over the whole season, Hylton finished ahead of him with no wins.
