Mabel Esmonde Cahill (born 2 April 1863, Ballyragget, County Kilkenny, Ireland – died 1 January 1905, Ireland ) was a female tennis player from Ireland who was active in the late 19th century and was the first foreign woman to win a major tennis tournament when she won the 1891 U.S. National Championships.
