Joshua Payne Scobey (born December 11, 1979) is a former American football running back and kick returner as well as a specialist on both sides of special teams. He was originally drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the sixth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at Kansas State. He has played for the Seattle Seahawks in his career.
