American Cowslip is the title of an independent feature film by director Mark David. It revolves around heroin addict, Ethan Inglebrink, whose life is centered around his garden and his group of eccentric friends. American Cowslip will be David's third film, following his debut, Sweet Thing (1999), and his second, acclaimed feature, Intoxicating (2003). It is also the final film featuring Peter Falk, star of Columbo, who has since slipped into dementia after a 50-year career.
