I had an audition on youtube but I guess it's more harder than I thought, haha.

Jackson rathbone gets the most votes?! I feel like an old soul in a sea of sparkling vampires. The casting call for Toph isn't gonna be until well into 2011 for sure. You'd do well to know some Praying mantis Kung fu though (and watch the friggin series unlike Rathbone) since that's Toph's primary style.

There is no way you can get an audition for Toph, unless of course you have an agent. They don't just give out auditions to major movies like that. If you are planning on getting an agent, you should do it fast because depending on when they're making the movie, auditions start early and take a long time.

toph is not in it because this book is based on book 1. she came into it in book 2. if it si a hit they will make a second film with toph

Dude you guys need to calm down Jet is in the movie, but in the DVD and Suki is also in it but in the dvd as well the worrier are be in the next movie so yeah. I love it I can`t wait for the next movie and Toph is my kind of girl :]

I really, really hope they have a great person to play as Toph, because she is one, if not the greatest, character in the series. i love the series i hope its a really good movie, i have high hopes espcially since its an M. Night Shyamalan film!!!trailer looks tight

There is going 2 be 2 more movies. A movie for each seaon. People be reasonable they cant put all the avatar shows in one movie. Im disappointed they left out Sukki! who is suppose 2 be sokka`s girlfriend. I wonder if they have a Toph yet? and if they dont where could the auditions be? I kinda like the shows better then the movie. He left the humor out of the moive 2!

The cast is all messed up. The only person who looks a LITTLE bit like in the series is Katara. the guy who plays sokka is the worst,he looks really full of himself, trying to hard to be handsome,and not funny like the real sokka. Also th cast all seems to serious in the series there really happy and funny.

I dislike a couple things about the movie, where is Suki?!?!? and they call him aw-ng not ae-ng he sounds too grown up too. But in general it was a good action packed movie, i look forward to seeing the second one, and maybe auditioning for Toph too :D does anybody know if they are auditioning for the 2nd movie yet?

oh my god. first of all. toph isnt in this part of the series so she isnt in the movie. second. sokka and zuko are hot and they dont have to look like their characters on tv. shyamalan can cast them however he wants (love him and tim burton). i no that aang looks to serious, but that is only in certain scenes. i like what he did with the firebenders, cause that never really made sence to me either. he just should put suki in the next one casue i no of his delema with the kioshi warriors. i really only am mad about jet, he would have been soooo hot. towards the end of the move i cant wait for them to do the fish thing. i hope they glow. ahaha no one probably knows what i am talking about, but watev. stop complaining about the movie. my friend is in it (as a waterbender at the end fight scene)

Guys, Guys,Guys. This movie isn`t supposed to be a exact replica of the shows. You can`t get everything the same. They are trying their best with what they got and since they don`t digitally change the characters then it would be hard to make them look exact. Sure there are a few problems but come on. Every real actor movie does.

The first movie is just the first season. They`re making 3 - one for each season of the TV show. So Toph and Jet should be in the next movie

Why not? why is it a bad idea that asian actress should take Toph`s character? racist much? Btw, the movie should be all asian, not white people or brown people cos everything in it are all about asians, house, character, writing, and dragon, and even monk is in these series

Aang`s cheeks r 2 puff.His arrow is not blue y,I don`t no.I agree that Zuzu and Sokka should change places.Katara`s skin needs 2 b darker and her hair should b in loops. Zuko`s scare needs 2 b alot redder.I think this film is going daown the drain.Like look at all the posts people have wrote on this site, there is a load of mistakes. Come on like make avatar the avatar we no and love

They need Toph and Jet! Avatar is my favorite show and I love it! I hope this won`t be a dissapointment like `The Lightning Thief`. And Zuko doesn`t even look close! And Sokka looks right,but is to old.(no offense.)

Something to consider. This isn`t our world/planet that this takes place on. which opens up alot in the way of ethnic freedom. I just hope they don`t try and tell this epic story in 90 minutes and botch it due to budget constraints. A large part of what makes this story so good is the well developed charecters and how and that they`re growing... eh, hopeits good.
