We love it everything else has to wait Boyd and his team come first, the cars and the finish is beyond anything we have every seen.Thank you to all his team but bless you Boyd such a craftsman such a lost of knowledge, talent and style. Boyd I lost my Pop 5 years ago and at least I know that he will have someone to share his knowledge with and share both your talents.Look out because here come THE GUYS. RIP Boyd Coddington and Clive Bewley. Bless you both X

Brian from coventry is still in the 70,s.. a company called warmsure eaga in the uk pushed one of there engineers to aheart attack and the rest of the engineers it abuses every right we have. I would work for boyd anytime he was a true master and gent the saddest part was the parting of charley hutton as you could see he really cared for charley like a son. I wish his family and the people he worked with the best for the future

with me being in england and being four years behind i`m very shocked that boyd has gone he will allways be in my car thoughts i only wish i could rewind and rework the years i have wasted and have spent more time following people like boyd who inspire others to put their own cut on things. RIP boyd love to family and friends and love to all his workers past and present. p.s i wish there was a natural love for hot rodding in england i`m sick of all the euroboxes and 4x4`s, i drive a 1995 purple volvo 850 t5 estate with 300bhp and is my dream to put the biggest engine in it as possible!!!! from james hill panelbeater sheffield south yorkshire england

I Knew Boyd to be just a ordinary guy. I worked with him and assisted with His 1st Collector Car Auction, in Springfield,Mo. He, Boyd, really liked my friend John Dunn from Calera, OK. especially, John`s 1956 F 100 Pick up.... Boyd was the High bidder on that truck and even gave me some ideals on building my 56 F 100 Big Window. Now finshed in Boyd Coddington, Smoooth Yellow and Raven Black Paint... A award winning ick up everywhere I go. Thanks BOYD from Leo

I have just found out about poor Boyd.I watch all the shows and reruns and love them.Loved his run in`s with Blue Bare. Please all you American guys who responded to Mr Coventry`s comments, dont tar us with the same brush.I think Boyd`s way was the best way to get the guy`s to understand his perfectionist demands. After all he was a virgo and thats what virgos do.I admire you American people for the fantastic cars and shows you produce, keep it going dudes.

Mr Coventry - as an English man I`m embarrassed by your comments. Sure, Boyd was a tough taskmaster, but he cared deeply for his staff. Why do you think he organised all those fun trips. His tough high standards raised the Hot Rod bar. Good on you, Coddington. Foose now takes over as king.

While my husband and I were watching Hot rod TV, we realized that Boyd had passed away. We were devoted watchers of his TV show, and didn`t even know he had passed away. We were so shocked to hear of his death. We are dearly sorry and send our condolences to his family and friends.

Bryan coventry hows the car industry in uk at the moment ? i worked in the industry for 20 years in longbridge / northampton / gaydon and all the workers do is talk about how hard they are done by . DO THE JOB AND SHUT UP .you do a days work for a days pay thats how it works.uk

Well, Mr. Coventry, this isn`t the UK, and if you thought Mr. Coddington was tough on his employees- that`s how he drove them to be among the best hot rod fabricators in the world. Haven`t heard about too many world-class hot rod builders in England. You can keep your ridiculous crybaby employment laws- I`ll stand Mr. Coddington, Mr. Shelby, Mr. Foose, and their contemporaries up against anybody else in Europe or any other country you care to name, and they`ll create the best top notch rod project 100 times out of 100.

Didnt like the man. He had no respect for the people who worked for him. Employment law in the United Kingdom would not have stood for it.
