Biography
Lucas Pezzini-Leiva (born 9 January 1987), known as Lucas, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Premier League side Liverpool and the Brazil national team. Lucas is the nephew of former Brazilian footballer Leivinha and also holds an Italian passport thanks to his descent from the country. Lucas is known for his workrate and vision but most of all his ability to break down opposition play with precise and tenacious tackles.
