This movie made me like football soccer a bit more. It is a pretty, entertaining and amusing movie that is hard not to like. The only fault was the leading actor. LOL! Kuno Becker is such a bad actor. His acting is not convincing; he has the same exact expression on his face no matter what emotion he is supposed to be expressing. Anyway despite him I really liked the movie. It has several funny parts, cool music, fine sporting spirit, and some really good performances of some actors (with exception of Becker). A very cool movie.

Goal! (also known as Goal! The Dream Begins in the United States) is a 2005 film directed by Danny Cannon. It is the first installment of a trilogy also named Goal!. This film was made with full cooperation from FIFA, which is one of the reasons actual teams and players are used throughout the film. The second installment, Goal II: Living the Dream, was released in February 2007. The third installment, Goal! III: Taking on the World, was released straight to DVD in June 2009.
