Paul Windsor Davies (born 1969) is a Welsh politician serving as Leader of the Welsh Conservatives since 6 September 2018, and Member of the Senedd for Preseli Pembrokeshire since 3 May 2007. He gained the seat from Labour and was re-elected in May 2011, and again in May 2016. Davies is the Leader of the Opposition in Wales as the Welsh Conservatives are the second largest party in the Senedd.
