David Rees "Dai" Lloyd (born 2 December 1956 in Tywyn, Gwynedd) is a Welsh politician. He has a wife Catherine, and they have 3 children. He was the Plaid Cymru Member of the Senedd for South Wales West from 1999 to 2011. and was returned as Plaid Cymru Senedd Member for South Wales West in the 2016 National Assembly for Wales election.
