Biography
James Martin "Jim" Scott (born June 11, 1938) is an American politician. A Democrat, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in November 1991. He served on the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors 1972–86. He currently represents the 53rd district, made up of the city of Falls Church and part of Fairfax County.
