This is the only film in the Underworld series so far that the music wasn't composed by Paul Haslinger, who did the score for Underworld (2003). He was replaced by Marco Beltrami, who Director Len Wiseman wanted because he was impressed with his score on I, Robot (2004). Paul was brought back for Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (2009).
