Biography
Anita K. Blair was one of the co-founders of the Independent Women's Forum (and at one time its president) and served as United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Total Force Transformation and Military Personnel Policy) from 2001 to 2006 and as acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) in 2008.
