Biography
Billy Kaunda is a member of parliament from Mzimba District and currently Deputy Minister of Youth Development and Sports. He went to parliament on an independent ticket in the 2009 Parliamentary and presidential elections but it pleased His Excellence Ngwazi Professor Bingu wa Mutharika to appoint him deputy Minister in his Government. He was also in the previous Parliament (2004–2009) on the National Democratic Alliance ticket and also served as a Deputy Minister.
