Bill Tobin (February 16, 1941 – April 2024) was an American football player and executive. Tobin played running back for one season for the Houston Oilers of the National Football League (NFL). He would later become the general manager of the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts along with the director of player personnel for the Detroit Lions in 2001.
