Golden Years is a Stephen King miniseries that aired in seven parts on CBS in 1991. It is about an old man named Harlan Williams who works as a janitor at a lab. When an experiment goes wrong and there is an explosion, he finds that the aging process is being reversed and he is getting younger. He ends up on the run from an operative of "The Shop". The Shop is a quasi-government agency that has appeared or is mentioned in a number of Stephen King's books as well as adaptations, most prominently in Firestarter, as well as The Tommyknockers, Carrie and the film adaptation of The Lawnmower Man. (It is also Intelligence Community Slang for the CIA which has been known as the "Shop" since its inception.)
