Elvis loved quiet. That is why he married Priscilla and asked Ginger to marry him. Even Ann-Margret is shy off stage..We can pick who we want but the bottom line is Ginger would most likely have been the next Mrs. Presley regardless of what jealousies are out there. It is what he wanted not what others, even some friends whom he should have gotten rid of long ago, may have wanted but then they probably didn`t want him to ever remarry. More for them just think..

I think Elvis had health issues aside from major sleep problems and all the drug stuff escalated too much.Ginger always spoke so highly of him also and loved him. Just wish she had known him longer. That had to be terrible to go through.

The list of women is entirely inaccurate. Mary Tyler Moore once stated on CNN that contrary to rumors she never dated Elvis. Donna Douglas had a huge crush on Elvis, but she never dated him. Elvis wanted to meet Cher, but it never turned into a relationship. The Cassandra Peterson inclusion on the list is also wrong. Sheesh! People are so gullible when it comes to gossip!

There`s no doubt Elvis loved her - but they say the true love of his life was Ann Margaret - I`m divorced and have my ex-husband`s only daughter, but that doesn`t mean I have a right to ever claim anything from him - no matter whether we get along or not! Priscilla has had a great life from his terribly sad, untimely death. I,ll love u always Elvis xx

I noticed Tuesday Weld on the Elvis list of relationships. I saw a movie with her about Elvis. I forgot the name of the movie, (which is driving me crazy!) but Elvis comes back as a ghost who is teaching this high school kid how to be cool. Two questions. Does anyone remember this movie? How does he do it. Elvis managed to take care of his family and friends all during his active singing career and was generous to a fault. Today in his absence he is still TCB. His family and friends are still in some way or other benefiting from his name and popularity. YOU DID IT ELVIS AND STILL ARE TCB. WOW ! Top that one.

I have Mary tyler moore`s autobiography that she signed at a Century City Mall years ago, in Califonia, She says in the book that she did NOT date Elvis. She said he was interested, but it never happened. Whoever writes this column needs to check their info better next time. Of course i am sure my letter will not be published in this column since I just revealed faulty information.

I believe he was with Ginger for companionship, I believe he loved Linda, she took care of him even saved his life a couple of times, would stay in a hospital room with him for days sleeping there. Priscilla has alot of people fooled, read the book "Child Bride". The one he should have married was Ann Margaret, that is a classy lady.

Ginger never really loved Elvis, that is why at his funeral she was not even crying. Priscilla on the other hand was crying and in pain with her grief over losing him. And as far as her "using" his last name, she has every right to do so, she was the only one he loved enough to marry. Elvis would have gotten back together with Priscilla if she would have accepted that he would continue to cheat, she could not, so SHE decided not to go back to that situation.

I think one of his girlfriends, Linda tried to place herself in his life far longer than really was. Elvis bought her a home to get her out of Graceland which she moved into. If you really love someone you don`t do that.He was still married to Priscilla when Linda moved into Graceland. Even her exhusband Bruce Jenner she met at the playboy mansion and became pregnant while he was still married and with a child of his own due. what so many of us have seen and read about her seem to intimate different things with Linda. Wonder what Sheila Ryan or Diana Goodman seem to think about Linda`s public statements about being with him for over 3 years... He dated them while with her. one even said she was the date and Linda was along as a friend. I agree with Larry Geller`s book. Linda was a friend in the end and couldn`t accept that...

I think elvis and ginger are the ones that would know if they were going to get married or not... others weren`t always with them...though they would probably have liked to be... too bad so many of his" friends "haven`t seemed to be able to make a name for themselves without using elvis....even priscilla won`t give up that last name... too much money in it....

I think that elvis cared for priscilla but he didn`t want to be with her at the end or he would have tried to.he seemed to really love ginger and i bet a few in his group got pushed into the background. even ed parker elvis` good friend stated on phil donahue years ago that elvis said to him that when elvis saw the situation he was in with ginger , that elvis said he could see where he loved priscilla but was not in love with her... a lot of elvis` buddies knew this....wish ginger had known him earlier or been able to spend more time and help get him away from some in that so called"group"...

Elvis dated Joan Blackman as he starred with her in a movie. Elvis never had brown hair.He had dish-water blond hair when younger but alwats dyed it black! His best date was Ann-Margret as some would call his "soul mate". The only wman to attend his funeral with her husband. One of the ever loyal women he had and another was Linda Thomson and Kathy westmoreland!
