"In A Perfect Getaway I have to steer a kayak close to razorsharp rocks, miles off the coast of Puerto Rico. It`s dangerous - there`s a very high tide and if my boat tips over I`ll go face-first on to the rocks. The sun`s beating down and I`m tipping water over my head. It`s so gruelling trying to get this kayak to go where I want it to go. Then I have a vicious cat fight with a girl who is trying to kill me. We have knives and we`re hitting and punching each other on the edge of a cliff, rolling around in the dust. Sexy girls in shorts - it`s a nice, crazy fight scene."

"Modeling was never a priority. I was always taking acting classes. With acting, you have to work and practice. With modeling it`s the opposite. You shouldn`t care. You should just act blasé and go to parties."

“Like Hello. I can’t pose like I used to do. It wouldn’t be right. I’m more interested in writing than being a model, but I do pose a little here and there and that’s because people who helped me in the beginning became really great friends. I remember Ralph Hall used to tell me he didn’t hire me because I was the prettiest girl in London, he booked me because he knew I would show up on time and be sober, so how can I say no to him? He Rocks!” Laughs.

"Like yes, I still model." Said Sylvia York. "Just don`t call me Sylvie Richards. I resent that name." Laughs. "Seriously, I only work with photographers and companies I like. Hey, a girls gotta enjoy life and after almost 20 odd years of posing in six inch heals, my feet have earned it!
