A. C. Miller (1870 – February 3, 1941) was an American farmer and politician who served as a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1925 to 1927, representing Williams and McKenzie counties as a member of the Nonpartisan League. He was also an open member of the Workers Party of America, making him one of the first communist legislators in the United States.
