Abdullah Hekmat is a citizen of Afghanistan, best known for the time he spent in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba. His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number was 670. American intelligence analysts estimate that he was born in 1972, in Akhcha, Afghanistan. Abdullah Hekmat was repatriated to Afghanistan on November 2, 2007.
