Ain-Elmar Kaasik (2 August 1934 – 30 January 2026) was an Estonian neurologist and neurosurgeon who was a professor at the University of Tartu. He was a member of the Estonian Academy of Sciences from 1993 and served as its vice-president from 2004 to 2009.
