Albert Thomas Watson Penn (30 March 1849 – 19 October 1924) was a British photographer active in the Nilgiris district of the Madras Presidency in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He was born in Wells, England, and first appeared in records in India around 1875, when he advertised as a commercial photographer in Ooty.
