Alena Mills, née Polenská (born 9 June 1990) is a Czech ice hockey player who currently plays with the KRS Vanke Rays of the Russian Women's Hockey League (ZhHL). Mills is the captain of the Czech women's national ice hockey team and she was part of the first Czech team that made their top-level IIHF World Women's Championship debut at the 2013 tournament.
