Professor Alexander Hill OBE, MRCS, FRCS MA MD (1856 – 28 February 1929) was a medical doctor and professor who was Master of Downing College, Cambridge from 1888–1907 and Vice Chancellor of the University of Cambridge from 1897–1899. He was Principal of Southampton University College from 1912–1920.
