Ustaev Alexey Yakubovich is a Russian banker and financier, president of Commercial Bank “Viking" Stock Company. Born on April 12, 1960. Since 1984 worked in Lenhydroenergospetstroy, took part in the construction of complex of structures to protect the city from floods.
