Alice Sollier (née Maille, later Alice Mathieu-Dubois) (3 April 1861 – 29 January 1942) was a French doctor. She was the first Black woman to earn a bachelor's degree in France and in 1887 became the first Black French woman to qualify as a medical doctor. She was the first French female physician to become the director of a private healthcare facility.
