Details
Alon Stivi is a security and counterterrorism consultant. Born in France, he moved to Israel where he served in the Israeli Special Forces, participating in missions in defense of the State of Israel. In the early 1980s Stivi moved to the United States. Stivi is an expert on security, violence prevention, counterterrorism and school security. He is also a martial arts expert, specializing in the Hisardut Israel Survival System. He is also founder and president of Direct Measures International (DMI) and ACT Cert (Attack Countermeasures Training Certification) and serves as a Reserve Deputy with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Emergency Operations Bureau (EOB).
