Alparslan Bayraktar (born 1975) is a Turkish academic, engineer, and politician. He has served as Minister of Energy and Natural Resources since 2023. Before this role, he had held several senior positions within the ministry, including commissioner of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority and Deputy Minister.
