Amos Manyangwa Dambe (1911–1991) was a Motswana politician and diplomat. He served in the National Assembly of Botswana and the Cabinet of Botswana from 1965 to 1972, and he was the ambassador of Botswana to the United States from 1972 to 1976. He was a founding member of the Botswana Democratic Party.
