Metropolitan Anastasius (secular name Alexander Alexeyevich Gribanovsky, Russian: Александр Алексеевич Грибановский; August 6, 1873 - May 22, 1965) was a hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church and the second First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia.
