Andreas von Antropoff, born on August 16, 1878 in Reval (now Tallinn) and died on June 2, 1956 in Bonn, was an Estonian-born German chemist, who was professor at the Bonn University and is known to have coined the term "neutronium" and developed a temporarily and widely used alternative periodic table of elements in 1926.
