Andrew J. Byrne (1802 – June 10, 1862) was an Irish-American Catholic priest, who became the first Bishop of Little Rock, Arkansas, U.S.A.. Byrne had previously served as vicar-general of the Diocese of Charleston. Prior to being appointed to Little Rock, Byrne founded two parishes in Manhattan, St. Andrew's and Nativity.
