Angel Balevski (Bulgarian: Ангел Балевски) (4 March 1910 – 15 September 1997) is a famous Bulgarian inventor and engineer. Academician Balevski was president of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (1968-1987), Co-president of the International Academy of Science, Munich (1988-1997) and chairman of the Bulgarian Pugwash Group.
