Angus Reid (born December 17, 1947) is a Canadian entrepreneur, chairman of the Angus Reid Institute and CEO and founder of Angus Reid Global. He is a recipient of a Canada Council Doctoral Fellowship, the Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Pacific Region in the "services" Category, and was inducted into the Marketing Hall of Legends in 2010. In 1996, he received an honorary Ll.D. degree from the University of Manitoba He has also been awarded honorary doctorates from Simon Fraser University (2003) and Carleton University (2008).
